Liz was inspired to become a yoga teacher because of the positive impact yoga had on her own life.Liz creates a supportive environment that cultivates more confidence and courage; and shares the tools to manage the ups, downs and imbalances of everyday life, and make a person happier. Liz's classes are fun and full of variety, with a strong flowing movement to keep the mind and body flexible and young.
Pat is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher. Drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, he has begun to develop a passionate appreciation for the meditative, more subtle qualities, which point the way to the true depths of a yoga practice. His desire is to facilitate the development of outstanding practices by leading complete classes that blend the physical and subtle properties of yoga.
